3 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
4 cups chicken broth (I used Home made stock)
2 cups water
House seasoning (salt, pepper, & garlic) to taste
1 teaspoon celery salt
4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
2 cups sour cream
1 cup milk or cream
In a stock pot bring the water, some house seasoning, and broth to a boil and cover with potatoes in the pot until potatoes are tender. Then add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well and continue to simmer until the cream cheese is melted completed and the soup is warmed through.
