
Smoothies are a GREAT to get in LOTS of fruits and veggies.
We also freeze smoothies for Popsicles for my son.
·
½ cup frozen
blueberries
·
½ banana
·
Handful of
spinach or kale
·
1 TBS ground
Flax seed
·
1 scoop Juice Plus chocolate Complete
·
Unsweetened
Almond milk
·
Some ice
Throw everything into the blender till nice and smooth.
