My hubby is NOT a fruit and veggie fan but he REALLY enjoys smoothies so this is is normal breakfast smoothie.
1-2 handfuls of spinach1 banana
handful of mixed frozen fruit
handful of frozen blueberries
1/3 avocado In picture I have frozen like I wrote about here
and I have 3 small ice cubes of carrot juice like I wrote about Here
1/4 cup Kefir
1/4-1/2 cup apple juice
We should all have a breakfast that looks like this. I wish I enjoyed these as much as my husband.
Just put everything into the blender and blend until everything is mixed well and nice and smooth.
and here is his smoothie and coffee waiting for him to grab on the way out the door.
