Mexican Cornbread

Mexican Cornbread

1 cup cornmeal(maize cornmeal if it can be found)
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese chopped(cubed)
1 or less onion chopped
1/2 cream corn ( I use store bought)
Jalapeno peppers( I use 1 and1/2 fresh chopped) recipe calls for 3

Mix all ingredients and pour in greased iron skittle. Cook at 450 degrees until golden brown
(leftovers must be ref or it will mold)
