Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos

Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos

Whole fresh jalapenos cut in half and seeded
Cream Cheese (softened)
Bacon slices cut in thirds
Parmesan cheese, grated

Slice jalapenos in half and spoon out the seeds and membrane (You will want to wear gloves). Spoon some cream cheese in each half, coat the cream cheese with a little Parmesan cheese,  and wrap with 1/3 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if the bacon is rolling off.  Bake on cookie sheet on 375 for 20-25 minutes.
